Like many of you, I carry a <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/beauty/best-blush-sticks-easy-blendable-cheek-colour-makeup-staple-blushers" title="11 Best Blush Sticks For A Natural, Juicy Flush Anywhere" target="_blank" rel="noopener">creamy blush</a> everywhere just for that quick pop of colour. In this heat, I&rsquo;ve been reaching for lightweight, breathable formulas that melt into the skin for a natural, undetectable look&mdash;without compromising on wear time or their ability to withstand the brutal Singapore weather.
Foundations were put through the wringer, but I&rsquo;ve found a few that really nailed the brief. Here's a rundown of the best summer beauty launches to date&mdash;ones I&rsquo;ve been loving and reaching for non-stop.

Paula's Choice

Summer without sun care? Impossible. Especially with the Singapore sun blazing down daily. I&rsquo;ve tried my fair share of Korean and Japanese sunscreens, but Paula&rsquo;s Choice 5% Vitamin C Sheer Moisturizer SPF 50 came out of nowhere and knocked several of my go-tos off the top shelf.
This 3-in-1 formula is packed with 5% Vitamin C to boost radiance, even out discolouration, and shield the skin with broad-spectrum SPF 50. What I love most is how incredibly lightweight it is&mdash;it sinks right in and leaves a subtle glow behind. No harsh alcohols or irritating ingredients either. I still layer it over a moisturiser since I need more hydration, but the texture is absolutely ideal under makeup.

This K-beauty brand finally made its way to drugstores here and I couldn&rsquo;t be happier. With an expanded range now available at Watsons, AMUSE is a lot easier to get hold of&mdash;thankfully, because I&rsquo;ve been a fan of their Jel-Fit Tints since they launched at Sephora.
But this summer, it&rsquo;s all about the Bebe Tints. These offer a glossier, glassier finish than their other formulas and feel almost like staining lip oils. They&rsquo;re formulated with 9 types of peptides (for elasticity), hyaluronic acid and phyto collagen (for hydration), plus grape seed oil to soften the lips. They even give a subtle plumping effect&mdash;no tingling, just shine and colour. With 10 shades to choose from, I keep at least one in my bag at all times.

While cushion compacts are usually dominated by K-beauty heavyweights, NARS&rsquo; Light Reflecting&trade; Serum Cushion Foundation SPF 42/PA++ came in like an underdog and absolutely wowed me.
It&rsquo;s become my daily go-to thanks to its serum-like texture and the way it melts into the skin. It offers medium, buildable coverage that still looks incredibly natural&mdash;even up close. It brightens, evens out the complexion, and feels like nothing on the skin. Not too glowy, not too matte&mdash;it strikes a perfect balance.
It also features their Triple C Brightening Complex, which is meant to boost radiance over time. But honestly, it&rsquo;s the ease of use and how good my skin looks with it on that&rsquo;s made this a staple for me.

Rare Beauty

Rare Beauty has had a lot of hyped releases this year&mdash;shoutout to the new Positive Light Luminizing Lip Gloss&mdash;but the one that really has my heart is the Soft Pinch Matte Bouncy Blush.
This released earlier in the year and instantly became one of my most-used blush formulas. It&rsquo;s creamy and bouncy, with a mousse-like texture that isn&rsquo;t overloaded with silicones. The finish is a gorgeous blurred matte that melts into the skin and builds up beautifully without ever going patchy.
What surprised me most is how long it wears&mdash;especially for a cream blush. And with so many stunning shades (from soft neutrals to bold brights), it&rsquo;s one of those rare viral products that&rsquo;s actually worth it.

Haus Labs by Lady Gaga

The long-awaited arrival of Haus Labs in Singapore was definitely one for the books. Beauty lovers and Little Monsters alike were buzzing, and rightly so&mdash;the brand absolutely delivers.
While the phD Hybrid Lip Glaze Gloss and Colour Fuse Blushes are now daily staples, it&rsquo;s the Triclone Skin Tech&trade; Foundation that really impressed me. Packed with skincare benefits&mdash;including Fermented Arnica&mdash;this formula feels nourishing without being heavy. It sets down completely yet still leaves a glowy, skin-like finish.
Coverage is medium and buildable, and the finish is flawless without ever looking cakey. I reach for this when I want to look extra polished, and it lasts. Like, all-day-in-humidity lasts.

ORMAIE

This niche French fragrance house recently landed at Escentials, and I&rsquo;ve been obsessed ever since. Everything from the sculptural bottles to the scent compositions feels unique but incredibly wearable.
My pick? 18-12. It&rsquo;s ultra-feminine and joyful, with notes of rose, cherry, and almond. It has a soft gourmand twist but never veers into sickly sweet territory. Instead, it feels airy, elegant, and a little carefree&mdash;like fresh roses on a summer day.
I&rsquo;ve worn this day and night and get compliments every time. It also has impressive staying power, even in Singapore&rsquo;s humidity, and carries just the right amount of sillage. Instant love.

Tatcha

One of my favourite summer skincare discoveries this year has been emulsions. They&rsquo;re more fluid than a traditional cream but offer more lasting hydration than your average gel. Perfect under makeup, especially in the heat&mdash;they feel light on the skin but still lock in moisture all day.
Tatcha&rsquo;s Dewy Milk Moisturizer is a standout. The newest addition to their cult-favourite Dewy line, this one delivers the same soft-focus glow in a lighter, milkier format. Formulated with antioxidant-rich Japanese Purple Rice, Zinc Hyaluronate, and Prebiotic Green Tea, it gives skin that hydrated, cushiony feel without greasiness.
If you&rsquo;ve got combination or oily skin, this is a dream daytime moisturiser. And for those with drier skin, it works beautifully under makeup as a glow-boosting primer.

Burberry Beauty

For more dressed-up occasions this summer, I&rsquo;ve been reaching less for my balmy tints and more for a sleek, matte lip&mdash;and Burberry Beauty&rsquo;s Kisses Tea Collection arrived at just the right moment.
This new shade extension features a range of brown-toned lip colours that feel like a modern spin on the classic '90s nude lip. From cool to warm browns in various depths, there&rsquo;s something for every mood. My perfect match? The shade 'Cream Tea' in the Kisses Matte formula.
It&rsquo;s a true matte that&rsquo;s ultra-lightweight and surprisingly comfy&mdash;long-wearing but never drying. Elegant, minimal, and effortlessly chic.
