Makeup extraordinaire Nikki Wolff reveals her beauty tricks and presents a novelty for the lips of KVD Beauty.

The British makeup artist&nbsp;has worked with a list of esteemed celebrities such as Dua Lipa, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Yara Shahidi and Kendall Jenner. Known for her work that enhances the natural glow in <a href="https://www.revistalofficiel.com.br/beleza/os-segredos-da-maquiagem-monocromatica">powerful, impactful makeup</a>, Nikki recently became <a href="https://www.revistalofficiel.com.br/beleza/beleza-vegana-conheca-as-melhores-marcas-de-cosmeticos-vegan-e-cruelty-free">KVD Beauty&#39;s</a> new global art director, taking her brilliant career one step further.

Now, she presents to the public the brand&#39;s novelty: the Epic Kiss Nourishing Vegan Butter, the perfect item for those who want a complete product full of advantages. The reason for this? Far beyond the formula that offers a strong pigmentation to the lips, the lipstick has moisturizing properties, providing the buttery sensation of a balm.

L&#39;OFFICIEL: You are known for your flawless skin and glow, amazing eyebrows and natural lips. How would you describe your signature look?

NIKKI WOLFF: I love creating diverse and varied makeup. Be subtle lips and eyes combined with fresh skin and glow, or a base structured and contoured with a delineated editorial chart. I really feel it&#39;s the diversity that keeps things interesting.

Regardless of the look I&#39;m creating, I try to maintain the individual shine of each person&#39;s beauty. I like to start with natural eyebrows in any production, and I also love an eyeliner and defined lashes look. These elements are always present in the looks I build, no matter how different they are from each other. So I like to think that my style is to enhance each person&#39;s individual beauty.

L&#39;OFF: What has changed in your work and daily routine after the announcement of KVD Beauty&#39;s new global art director?

NW: Since my new role at KVD was announced, I&#39;ve added a few things to my schedule &ndash; it was already full! I had a lot of fun creating looks with all the new releases. I was able to test and give my opinion on new products before they were released and I look forward to getting even more involved in product development going forward.

L&#39;OFF: Where do you get your inspiration?

NW: In the world we live in, where social media is a large part of our daily lives, it&#39;s hard not to be inspired by the amazing work of other people. I make sure my feed is full of beautiful and aspirational works from my favourite artists around the world. But mostly what inspires me are the faces I&#39;m working on. I often wait to plan the look when I see my screen.

And I also draw a lot of inspiration from eras in the past, some of my favourites are the 60s, 80s and 90s.

L&#39;OFF: You have an amazing career. What do you consider the biggest highlights to date?

NW: That sounds clich&eacute; but it&#39;s really hard to pick out my career highlights so far. I was so lucky to be able to try things out with my work that wouldn&#39;t normally be possible. I&#39;ve worked with some amazing people, travelled to some amazing places and made some beautiful connections along the way. Career highlights for me are the times I can combine all the things I love in one day. For example, doing an editorial shoot with a celebrity and a team I love to work with &ndash; these days are always so much fun.

L&#39;OFF: Is Clean Beauty the future of the industry? How have you seen this change happening in recent years?

NW: Clean and vegan beauty is absolutely the future of this industry. I believe it is really essential that brands take a more responsible role in trying to improve the health of our planet.

I&#39;m pleased to say that I&#39;ve seen a lot of changes in recent years. Consumers are more aware than ever about where products come from and how they are produced. But the changes are especially apparent when it comes to the quality of today&#39;s clean makeup. It wasn&#39;t so long ago that you had to choose between performance or clean, vegan makeup, but now that&#39;s not a sacrifice that needs to be made. Brands like KVD Beauty are leading with high pigmentation products and great formulas that don&#39;t compromise on quality.

L&#39;OFF: After having to wear masks every day for the last year and a half, how do you see the importance of healthy lips and how do you see us getting back to showing our amazing lips with KVD Beauty Epic Kiss Nourishing Vegan Butter again?

NW: It was important to keep your lips hydrated while wearing masks, but it was difficult to wear lipsticks because they stain. Now that it&#39;s possible for us to show our lips more freely, I think a little colour should have happened a while ago! Formulas like Epic Kiss Lipstick are exactly what we need. High pigmentation, beautiful colors and moisturizing and nourishing formulas. They meet all requirements!

L&#39;OFF: Your Instagram feed and videos are always going viral, and your online presence is growing non-stop. For you, what are the pros and cons of also working with social media nowadays?

NW: There are pros and cons to working with social media as well as the traditional makeup session format. The pros are that it&#39;s become a lot easier for my work to reach a wider audience across the world. I find social media a great platform to express my creativity.

The cons of working online is the constant pressure to keep producing content, which adds a lot of time to our already busy routine. Creating content online is fun, but time consuming and a big commitment. I think it&#39;s very important for our mental health not to get caught up in the number of likes a post gets to stay true to your tastes when promoting your work.

L&#39;OFF: Could you talk a little more about the formula for the new KVD Beauty Epic Kiss Nourishing Vegan Butter?

NW: Epic Kiss Lipstick has an extremely nourishing formula, it contains cupua&ccedil;u butter, which is a nourishing and moisturizing vegan ingredient that makes the lipstick look incredibly silky on application and also brings very moisturizing results without having to compromise the color.

L&#39;OFF: What is your favorite way to apply the Epic Kiss Nourishing Vegan Butter?

NW: My favorite way to apply this lipstick is directly from the bullet. It comes with a beautiful, thin applicator that is very easy to use and achieves a precise and controlled application, even on the thinnest lips.

L&#39;OFF: Do you have any unconventional use of KVD Beauty products?

NW: As a makeup artist, I love having products in my kit that I can mix and match. A multipurpose product is an invaluable product! I always apply KVD&#39;s Modcon gel blush to my lips to achieve a touch of pure color, like a color balm. For a heavily pigmented and glossy cheek I love to dab some of the Epic Kiss Lipstick on my cheekbones using my fingers.
