On top of future MCU projects, Kathryn Hahn is reportedly leading the new &lsquo;WandaVision&rsquo; spin-off on Disney Plus.&nbsp;

It seems like Disney Plus has been eyeing Agatha All Along. According to <a href="https://variety.com/2021/tv/news/wandavision-spinoff-kathryn-hahn-1235082445/">Variety</a>, a &lsquo;WandaVision&rsquo; spin-off is reportedly in the works with Kathryn Hahn as the lead and &lsquo;WandaVision&rsquo; head writer Jac Schaeffer as the writer and executive producer for the project. 
It&rsquo;s worth noting that Schaeffer signed a three-year contract with Disney Plus earlier this year to develop more Marvel shows for the platform, with this series potentially marking the first of it.&nbsp;

The series has been classified as a dark comedy, which isn&rsquo;t surprising if you&rsquo;ve watched &lsquo;WandaVision&rsquo; and are familiar with Agatha&rsquo;s deceivingly cutting humour. In &lsquo;WandaVision&rsquo;, viewers are first introduced to Agatha as Agnes, Wanda and Vision&rsquo;s nosy neighbour and confidant. 
As the series progresses, it is revealed that Agnes is in fact Agatha Harkness, a powerful witch and master manipulator who wants Wanda&rsquo;s &mdash; now, Scarlet Witch's &mdash; powers for her own. After her defeat in Westview, Agatha reverts back to Agnes under Scarlet Witch&rsquo;s command to live out the rest of her days.

Following the series&rsquo; success, Agatha has since become a favourite among Marvel fans, with many already excited for Kathryn Hahn&rsquo;s reprise of the character in future MCU projects. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has already teased Hahn&rsquo;s return to Marvel; when asked when fans are able to see her on the big screen again, he says: &ldquo;Someday. Someday soon. You will see Kathryn Hahn in Knives Out 2 next, then maybe an assortment of other things. But within the MCU, it can&rsquo;t come soon enough. Let&rsquo;s put it that way.&rdquo;&nbsp;

With the confirmed second season to the &lsquo;Loki&rsquo; series and this new spin-off on the way, it&rsquo;s clear that fans will be spoiled with content in the years to come. We can only hope to see Agatha interacting with our favourite new characters &mdash; Sylvie, Yelena, Kang the Conqueror, and many more &mdash; in Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
