With their addictive new single I WANT IT turning summer up a notch, STAYC is bringing cool vibes, global stages, and plenty of love to SWITH&mdash;just in time for their Singapore stop on August 16.

Beloved for their honest, confident energy and fresh charm, STAYC is turning up the heat&mdash;and cooling it right back down&mdash;this summer with I WANT IT, a special three-track single made to blow away the heaviness of everyday life. Blending their trademark brightness with a cooler, more laid-back edge, the release captures the essence of summer through the addictive title track &ldquo;I WANT IT,&rdquo; the playful &ldquo;BOY,&rdquo; and the emotive &ldquo;Honestly(반칙).&rdquo;
While showcasing a new side of their artistry, the group is also in the middle of their STAY TUNED World Tour, which lands in Singapore on August 16 at the Star Theatre. Ahead of their highly anticipated return to our sunny shores, we caught up with Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, and J to talk about their summer comeback, tour memories, and more.

What kind of year was 2025 for STAYC? What was the biggest highlight so far? SUMIN: 2025 was another year of new beginnings for STAYC. The most memorable highlight was starting our world tour. By going on a world tour, we could meet SWITH all around the world, and that made us so happy. The &lsquo;S&rsquo; album was a story about showing your true self without fear. What theme did you want to convey in &lsquo;I WANT IT&rsquo;? SIEUN: In I WANT IT, we wanted to share the message that you can trust yourself and live without worrying about having the &ldquo;right&rdquo; answers in daily life. Whatever happens, I&rsquo;m just going to trust myself. It&rsquo;s a simpler message about knowing how to believe in myself.

In 2023, you completed your first world tour, and you started your second tour this year. Is there anything you learned or experienced from the first tour that you&rsquo;d like to adapt to the &lsquo;STAY TUNED&rsquo; tour? 
J: Compared to the first tour, I&rsquo;m a littl emore fun-loving than our first tour. I tried to enjoy it more and make more eye contact with fans. I think that&rsquo;s helped me enjoy the stage even more.
Are there any summer fashion or beauty trends you're obsessed with lately? YOON: Lately, I&rsquo;ve been into halter neck tops. I really like dressing like this in the summer.
Is there a message you&rsquo;d like to share with Singapore SWITH? 
SEEUN: We&rsquo;re going to Singapore after a long time, and I remember how fun it was last time. We&rsquo;re really looking forward to this trip and to meeting SWITH again. Please wait just a little bit. See you soon!
