Over the weekend, the 38th Golden Disc Awards (GDA), which aims to celebrate the best achievements of artists and promote creativity within the music industry, took place in Jakarta, Indonesia. The boys of <a href="https://www.hommessingapore.com/style/kenzo-fall-winter-2023-campaign-with-seventeen-vernon-nigo-fashion-streetwear" title="Kenzo's Fall/Winter 2023 Campaign with Seventeen's Vernon is an East-Meets-West Fusion" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Seventeen</a> snagged another Daesang (Grand Prize) for the 2023 awards season, by winning Album of the Year for their album FML. As for the Digital Song of the Year Daesang, <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/culture/newjeans-dropped-2-new-music-videos-super-shy-new-jeans-kpop" title="NewJeans Just Dropped 2 New Stylish Music Videos &mdash; 'Super Shy' &amp; 'New Jeans'" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NewJeans</a> took home the prize with &lsquo;Ditto&rsquo;. The Best Album and Best Digital Song awards went to 10 artists each, with IVE, <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/culture/bts-jungkook-and-txt-take-home-awards-at-the-2023-mtv-emas-winners-list-music" title="BTS&rsquo; Jungkook and TXT Take Home Awards at the 2023 MTV EMAs" target="_blank" rel="noopener">BTS&rsquo; Jungkook</a>, Le Sserafim and Seventeen scoring awards in both categories. JYP boy band Stray Kids was awarded the Global K-Pop Artist Award, while ZEROBASEONE and FIFTY FIFTY were recognised with the Rookie Artist award. Known as the mastermind behind the roaring success of NewJeans, Min Hee-jin was awarded the prize for Best Producer.&nbsp;
