Sounds too good to be true? It was.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In fact, that&#39;s everything the infamous <strong>Fyre Festival</strong> had promised to be,&nbsp;and it would have delivered if not for the disastrous&nbsp;organization behind it&nbsp;that made the party event a great&nbsp;failure. <p style="text-align:justify">The festival was scheduled for two weeks in April and May 2017, with&nbsp;ticket prices&nbsp;ranging between USD $500 to $12,000. Models such as <strong>Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner</strong> and <strong>Hailey Baldwin</strong> (now Hailey Bieber) even announced the event on their social media platforms. It all seemed like a dream &mdash; until people arrived at&nbsp;the scene and came upon a real disaster.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Some of the attractions of the festival&nbsp;had cancelled their slots at the festival&nbsp;weeks earlier because they weren&#39;t being paid;&nbsp;the luxurious accommodations that guests had been promised&nbsp;were&nbsp;compared to &quot;refugee camps&quot;; and the&nbsp;&quot;gourmet meals&quot; they had paid for had been traded for two slices of bread, cheese&nbsp;and salad. Under rain, what&nbsp;was supposed to be a great party turned into a riot of looting and tumult.</p>

The catastrophe was so big that party founder <strong>Billy McFarland</strong> was sentenced to up to 40 years in prison for electronic fraud.
