Last night, Adele announced that she will make her hosting debut on&nbsp;Saturday Night Live on October 24. While it won&rsquo;t be the Grammy-winning&nbsp;singer&rsquo;s first time&nbsp;on&nbsp;SNL&nbsp;&mdash;&nbsp;that honour goes to her 2008 performance as a musical guest on the sketch comedy show &mdash; it will be her first time hosting a television show, ever.
