The Italian institution has opened its virtual doors to the public 

It may be located in the epicentre of the pandemic, but the Fondazione Prada is not letting the coronavirus get in the way of cultural education. Established by the Prada family in 1993, the Milanese institution was forced to close its physical doors earlier this month, but it is still welcoming the public in digitally, allowing cyber-visitors to engage and interact with exhibitions through its website and social channels.

&quot;With the aim of transforming a period of crisis into an opportunity for study and analysis, we experience new ways of operating and communicating,&quot; the institution wrote in a statement. &quot;Without a physical audience, it is essential to create new languages so as not to remain silent.&quot;

Glossary, a new communication tool, explores the Fondazione Prada archive with a critical eye, analysing its history and identity. Inner Views offers&nbsp;a virtual tour of three recently-opened exhibitions &mdash; The Porcelain Room, Storytelling, and K, while Outer Views takes a look at exhibitions in other museums that feature the works of Collezione Prada.&nbsp;

Perfect Failures, a cinema project conceived by the Fondazione Prada and MUBI, will be available for streaming from April 5 onwards, while videos on the Accademia Aperta platform retrace&nbsp;all the workshops&nbsp;for children and families over the past five years. Finally, Readings is an audio anthology dedicated to excerpts&nbsp;from books published by the Fondazione Prada,&nbsp;including authors like Massimo Cacciari, Roxana Marcoci, and Udo Kittelmann.&nbsp;
