Content creator Ayla Dimitri is one of Jarkarta's most influential faces of fashion, lifestyle and travel. 

Was fashion something that you&rsquo;ve always been interested in?

Yes, ever since I was a kid. My mother used to model and she later became a designer with her own clothing line. She was very fashionable. From her, I learned how to mix and match clothing. She gave me this freedom of just wearing whatever I wanted. Basically, fashion is something I&rsquo;ve always been curious about.

How would you define your style now?

If I look back at my old photos, nothing much has changed. I still have a distinctive taste in fashion, which is a mix of sporty and feminine styles. It&rsquo;s always something with variety. I find myself liking to put everything together randomly.&nbsp;

What do you think your style says about you?

It&rsquo;s an expression of my personality because I&rsquo;m a bit of a hoarder. I like to try everything, and there&rsquo;s a lot that inspires me - movies, music, people, culture and family. There&rsquo;s always something that intrigues me and it eventually influences my personal style. I translate who I am through the things I wear.

What is something most people don&rsquo;t know about you?

I used to play guitar in a band when I was 13. We&rsquo;d perform songs by rock and alternative bands like Radiohead. I also wrote poems when I was younger. I submitted them to competitions in school. I think I won, like, three times.

What is the best thing about being a content creator?

All of the experiences. To go to places, to meet people, to get to know about a brand &ndash; these are all priceless experiences. I get to travel around the world and there&rsquo;s always something for me to learn. And with social media, I have the platform to say something meaningful and encouraging to the people who follow me.

What do you hope to achieve in the future?

I&rsquo;d like to create and develop my own product. Actually, by next year, I hope to start my own business. I want to make a perfume, something that&rsquo;s not all florals and has, like, a smoky scent. Something unisex and niche, that you can&rsquo;t find anywhere else. &nbsp;
