The Fall 2021 collection pays homage to the Fendi family, with  luxurious garments made for real women in mind.

If <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion/kim-jones-fendi-hautecouture">last month&#39;s&nbsp;Fendi&rsquo;s couture show</a> was based on a story personal and meaningful to him, with a star-studded cast of friends and family, this dynamic was flipped for Kim Jones&rsquo; first ever ready-to-wear show for the storied Roman house.&nbsp;

Shown in a cinematic set featuring a labyrinth of glass-encased Fs, from the iconic Fendi monogram, the collection consisted of luxurious, highly wearable garments for every occasion, in muted tones of pink, nudes and grey.

To christen a new era of the House of Fendi, Jones&#39; collection pays homage to the legends that preceded him. &quot;The Fendi family are women of intellect who work hard &ndash; and that&rsquo;s what I wanted to celebrate,&rdquo; says the designer. &ldquo;A powerful dynasty.&rdquo;

Fur coats, pinstripe motifs, to bell sleeves of washed mink and bonded suede coat are taken from the wardrobes of the five Fendi sisters, including Silvia Venturini Fendi&#39;s signature shirt jacket reconfigured into a ruggedly chic shearling.&nbsp;

Jones continues, &quot;I&rsquo;m taking the amazing, strong women who I both know and work with, and listening to their needs. There&rsquo;s a usefulness to the collection, explored in a chic, timeless way.&quot;&nbsp; This collection is designed with these women in mind: clothing that lends a super-luxurious context to everyday femininity.&nbsp;
