Florals? For spring? Actually groundbreaking, thanks to Rocha's Victorian touch.

As <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion/givenchy-whip-handbag-spring-summer-2019">the spring season</a>&nbsp;rolls&nbsp;around and you&#39;re contemplating adding even more florals to your wardrobe, you (or that little Marie Kondo voice&nbsp;in your head that you haven&#39;t been able to shake off&nbsp;since your <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/Culture/velvet-buzzsaw-2019-new-netflix-movie-contemporary-art-jake-gyllenhaal">Netflix</a> binge)&nbsp;may wonder, &quot;How many times can florals be reinvented, anyway?&quot;&nbsp;

The answer is probably the same that you&#39;ll get&nbsp;if you ask that of Moncler&#39;s puffer jacket: plenty, as we saw at the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion-week/moncler-genius-fall-winter-2019-one-house-different-voices-collections-milan-fashion-week">Moncler Genius FW19 presentations</a>.&nbsp;We certainly haven&#39;t seen florals the way Simone Rocha designed&nbsp;them for her Moncler Genius SS19 collection, which is why we&#39;d add it to our closet in a heartbeat.

Across unmistakable Moncler silhouettes like blousons, parkas and of course, jackets, Rocha&#39;s daisies&nbsp;and anemones blossomed in ruffles, pearls, sequins, embroidery and&nbsp;appliqu&eacute;s that popped right out of their fabric canvas.&nbsp;Her&nbsp;unapologetically romantic&nbsp;touch extended&nbsp;to those&nbsp;fabrics, which includes&nbsp;lightweight nylons, dolmias, taffetas and tulle.

The collection isn&#39;t just pretty to look at; it was&nbsp;designed specifically to&nbsp;protect you from the rain, which is why you&#39;ll also find PVC coats and aprons, flower-shaped goggles, floppy-brimmed hats and Wellington boots with&nbsp;broderie anglaise cut-outs in the mix.

To accompany the collection, Rocha created a film with&nbsp;Tyler Mitchell that shows us how all those pieces gracefully come together. In it, girls clad in her creations frolick about&nbsp;in a garden, tending to its blooms and soaking up the&nbsp;sun. The dance of those garden nymphs&nbsp;is&nbsp;hypnotic and enthralling &mdash; much like the effect that Rocha&#39;s collection has. Watch it below:
