Raf Simons' highly-anticipated debut collection for Calvin Klein was the coming together of different characters and different individuals, just like America itself

With a plethora of A-list names lining the front row (read: Kate Botsworth, Sofia Coppola, Brooke Sheilds, Diane von Furstenberg, etc.), expectations were at an all-time high for Raf Simons&#39;&nbsp;highly-anticipated debut collection since his shock departure from Dior last year.&nbsp;

Set around artist Sterling Ruby&#39;s installation, &quot;Parade&quot; is Simons&#39; tribute to America&#39;s diversity: a mixed parade of Wall Street suits, metal-tipped cowboy boots, PVC, denim, leather bomber and biker jackets that could&nbsp;not be more eclectic but all came together in cohesive chaos. As Simons said it best: the collection is &quot;the coming together of different characters and different individuals, just like America itself&quot;.
