With a bumper September issue filled with exclusive content, L’Officiel
Singapore reaffirms its position as the city’s Fashion Guard.

The stunning cover and cover spread, starring Chinese icon Ni Ni, are part of a global L&rsquo;Officiel project with Tiffany &amp;&nbsp;Co. &ndash; in conjunction with the jewellery giant&rsquo;s <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/events-and-parties/tiffany-co-is-serving-free-croissants-and-coffee-at-orchard">#TiffanyPaperFlowers</a> collection, which is Reed Krakoff&rsquo;s very first for the house.

The Flowers of War actress, Ni Ni &ndash; a Gucci-approved celebrity after appearing in the Maison&rsquo;s eyewear campaign &ndash; serves up the Italian brand&rsquo;s Fall/Winter 2018 looks in the issue&rsquo;s cover spread, shot by famed Chinese visual artist Chen Man.
