L'Officiel Singapore kicks off 2017 with a fashion- and fun-filled February issue.

It&#39;s our first issue of the new year and we&rsquo;re heralding in the new fashion season with it. &quot;Spring/Summer 2017 is awash with newness,&rdquo; says Grace Tay, Managing Editor. &quot;We&#39;re seeing debut collections following a wave of designer musical chairs; emerging brands have staked a firm hold higher up the fashion rungs; and street style celebutantes&#39; influence has trickled up to big-name brands.
