Panerai launches its first timepiece with a gold case and bracelet, the Luminor Due TuttoOro.

Here&rsquo;s a most resplendent way to close one year and begin the next: The first watch by Panerai that bears a golden case and bracelet, the new Luminor Due TuttoOro follows a long tradition of the manufacture in outfitting explorers of extreme depths and distances; beyond testing the physical limits of its timepieces, Panerai also pushes the envelope on the design front, and the launch of the Luminor Due TuttoOro collection is a brilliant culmination of these endeavours.

An emblematic design of the manufacture, the Luminor Due is now imbued with a glimmering allure, with the 38-mm cushion case and bracelet forged from Panerai Goldtech. Warm-toned, colour-fast and radiant, the copper and platinum alloy is integral to the Panerai identity and can be seen on key timepieces of the manufacture.
To strengthen the Luminor Due TuttoOro&rsquo;s connection to the brand, Panerai&rsquo;s distinctive crown protection device has its outline repeated as a motif on the bracelet links, which are rendered in brushed and polished finishes applied in combination, giving added dimension and depth to the metal. And the slim contours and tailored style of the Luminor Due makes this newest variation the ideal timepiece to segue from casual settings to formal affairs.

Powered by the automatic calibre P.900, the first Panerai movement of its size that supports both the date function and a three-day power reserve, the Luminor Due TuttoOro features a sun-brushed sandwich dial, whose textured surface moves light across it with even the slightest of movements. Punctuated by a date window at 3 o&rsquo;clock and a small seconds at 9 o&rsquo;clock, the dial comes in white or deep marine blue, with the latter being available exclusively in Panerai boutiques.
