From the dapper folks who brought us Benjamin Barker, B Burger serves up classic American diner fare with a Japanese twist. The highlight of its menu? Burgers, naturally – all prepared à la minute and priced affordably from $6.90 to $11.90. A must-try is the B Supreme: truffle mayo on a beef patty, paired with sauteed mushrooms and a vintage cheese. For those who prefer their burgers with an Asian twist, the Karate features buttermilk fried chicken slathered with sriracha honey, wafu slaw, daikon pickles, and a secret B sauce.
Also on the menu are delectable sides such as the Osaka Corn Dog (the traditional Okonomiyaki reinvented with bratwurst, ebiko, and nori), Curry Cheese Fries, milkshakes, and Concretes (a.k.a frozen custard in vanilla, chocolate or matcha) to cap off your B Burger experience on a sweet note.
