You can bet that a lot of work went into that impeccable custom Dior gown.

By now, you would&nbsp;have seen the photos of Chiara Ferragni&#39;s wedding to Italian rapper Fedez&nbsp;all&nbsp;over your Instagram feed, discovered&nbsp;that the bride&nbsp;wore not one but two&nbsp;haute couture&nbsp;gowns on her big day, and concluded&nbsp;that Noto, Sicily just might be the perfect place to hold a wedding.

For The Blonde Salad blogger herself, September 1st was a day when many of her dreams came true, and one of them was having&nbsp;Dior dress her for the special occasion.&nbsp;&ldquo;Dior is the most iconic, timeless couture house in all the history of fashion,&rdquo; <a href="http://www.thecut.com/2018/09/chiara-ferragni-wore-two-dior-gowns-for-her-wedding-to-fedez.html">said</a> Ferragni. &ldquo;It is a symbol of French culture, handcraft and luxury, everything that I as a woman can dream of.&rdquo;

So what exactly did it take Maria Grazia Chiuri and Dior&#39;s les&nbsp;petite mains&nbsp;to create a wedding gown that one can only dream of? The answer: over 1,600 hours and&nbsp;more than 400 metres of fabric.

Inspired by the crafts of Italy, Ferragni&#39;s&nbsp;wedding gown was composed of an intricate lace&nbsp;bodysuit and a flaring tulle skirt that were assembled together at the Dior atelier on 30 Avenue Montaigne. Watch the video below for a glimpse at the creation of the breathtaking gown.

Later in the evening, Chiara traded her white gown for a dusky tulle number that was also designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri. This time, Chiara&#39;s dress served as a canvas for several delicate embroideries of symbols recounting her&nbsp;relationship with Fedez, such as a small lion representing their son Leone, or song lyrics by Fedez.
