The revamped F&B concept in Chinatown will be a foodie and cinephile hotspot

12 Ann Siang, the multi-concept F&amp;B joint&nbsp;has been given far more than a fresh paintjob; the space will officially&nbsp;its doors on May 2 with two&nbsp;new concepts &ndash; a&nbsp;speakeasy-style bar and restaurant&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;in addition to its&nbsp;screening room and&nbsp;rooftop lounge&nbsp;that regulars have come to adore.

Catchfly, a speakeasy-style bar&nbsp;headed by New York mixologist Liam Baer, will occupy the building&rsquo;s basement. Fusing&nbsp;plush interiors with industrial edges, the new late-night&nbsp;watering hole&nbsp;will serve up&nbsp;Baer&rsquo;s interpretation of classic cocktails, bursting with fresh herbs and spices.

One floor up,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.corianderleaf.com/" target="_blank">Coriander Leaf Grill</a> &ndash; an offshoot of&nbsp;Coriander Leaf at Chijmes &ndash;&nbsp;will offer a&nbsp;menu of Pan-Asian cuisine and wide selection of wines and beers. A feast for the eyes as well as the appetite, the restaurant&rsquo;s outdoor terrace boasts excellent views of Chinatown and Ann Siang Road.

12 Ann Siang is taking&nbsp;its offerings a step further with&nbsp;Coriander Leaf Studio,&nbsp;a new space venue for private and corporate events. Fully outfitted with AV equipment, the studio will comfortably accommodate up to sixty people.

The building&rsquo;s boutique cinema room on the third floorwill remain as the&nbsp;<a href="http://screeningroom.com.sg" target="_blank">Screening Room</a>&nbsp;with a host of new &lsquo;film noir&rsquo; and &lsquo;art house&rsquo; screenings scheduled for the coming months. In addition,&nbsp;Rooftop at Screening Room&nbsp;has expanded its menu to include&nbsp;gin and whisky offerings, new signature cocktails, and bar bites.
