Alliance Française de Singapour’s exhibition pays tribute to legendary ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev with a physical showcase of his costumes and past works. 

In need of an adventure away from home during Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) the next four weeks? Consider making a trip down to Alliance Fran&ccedil;aise de Singapour to experience and appreciate French cultural arts and dance &mdash; ballet in particular.

For the first time ever, the non-profit educational and cultural organisation will be showcasing the legacy of respected&nbsp;ballet dancer and choreographer Rudolf Nureyev &mdash; the greatest male ballet dancer of his time &mdash; through a private collection of his prot&eacute;g&eacute;, Charles Jude.

The exhibition will be open to the public from 15 July to 15 September and will feature 14 iconic costumes of Nureyev&rsquo;s from his signature ballets Swan Lake, La Bayad&egrave;re, and more, as well as 49 unpublished photographs. Alliance Fran&ccedil;aise de Singapour has also planned a series of workshops, films, and talks to further educate Singaporeans on the art of dance and French culture.
