There are few sights&nbsp;as spectacular as our Marina Bay skyline. At rooftop restaurant and bar <a href="http://me-oue.com" target="_blank">Me@OUE</a>, you get to appreciate a&nbsp;panaromic view of the bay in all its glory.&nbsp;

Just for Valentine&#39;s Day,&nbsp;executive chef Sam has designed two special menus featuring beautifully plated dishes like foie gras, lobster and a lychee and rose dessert.&nbsp;Dine at sunset with the&nbsp;five-course menu&nbsp;at 6pm, or, if&nbsp;city lights are more your thing, at 8.30pm with&nbsp;an&nbsp;eight-course menu. After dinner, adjourn outdoors to the&nbsp;rooftop bar for a few cocktails and take in more of the picturesque view.&nbsp;

Unlike most of the rowdier restos and bars along Club Street, <a href="http://www.caffebsg.com" target="_blank">Caff&eacute; B</a> is almost like a quiet retreat, despite its impressive 170-seater venue which spans three floors.&nbsp;

For the most intimate experience, book a table on the top floor, which has its own entrance. Otherwise, the cosy-chic chairs on&nbsp;the second floor make for a nice&nbsp;laidback dinner date too.&nbsp;

Japanese Italian dishes are on the menu here, with crowd favourites like scallop carpaccio and tagliatalle carbonara. Pair the food with creative&nbsp;cocktails like Ume Gin and Sake Cucumber.&nbsp;

The great thing about&nbsp;Valentine&#39;s Day falling&nbsp;around&nbsp;the Lunar New Year season is&nbsp;diners get to order off the special celebratory menu. For a healthier, refreshing&nbsp;take on&nbsp;yu sheng,&nbsp;Chopsuey does a version with kale, radish, blueberries, ocean trout and a sour calamansi dressing.&nbsp;

Don&#39;t miss the bespoke seasonal cocktails Lucky Puppy, &nbsp;which is a&nbsp;blend of Monkey Shoulder&nbsp;whisky, Martini Rosso and Cointreau,&nbsp;as well as&nbsp;Hanky Panky, which is a&nbsp;blend of Hendrick&rsquo;s Gin, Martini&nbsp;Rosso and a dash of Fernet Branca.
